There is constantly a Jaguar or a Cadillac parked over the entire sidewalk at this location. Pedestrians have to walk into or cross the street in order to get thru. I spoke with one of the vehicle owners and was glared at and told, "Yeah? We got a parking problem here."
Personally, I don't care. I want to be able to push my kids stroller and visit my neighbors without having to walk into a road saturated with speeders at a three way intersection. I tried to warn them the friendly way, now ticket or tow 'em.

I tried talking with the owner and that turned into a conflict. Then I posted here. A few hours later the police visited and they have been parking on the street ever since. Thats it. Not sure WHY they pounced on this one. Perhaps they needed an excuse to visit that home? A ticket was involved? I have a guardian angel at LCI? Dunno.
"Multiple calls to dispatch?" Yeeeeeah. Don't bother. I'm starting to suspect that "dispatch filtering/apathy" is part of the problem in this town. In spite of the texting traffic control officers I see at every construction zone, most police officers I have met are good folks, only a few have struck me as lazy, but they can't act on what they don't know about. Were it financially feasible I would purchase a police scanner to see if my calls were actually hitting the air.
NHPD is also in a town with a VERY liberal media bias, tons of camera phones, and saturated with frivolous litigators. If doing NOTHING is safer for job security, they do nothing. They can't even hit a whacked out meth-head laying on a sawed off shotgun without it turning into a police brutality case.

@ Sarge - Okay. Will do.
@ Mike - In spite of my smarmy "ticket or tow 'em" closing comment, I had no idea the police would respond to this. I assumed traffic and parking or LCI would look into it. One hour after posting this I got a pic from a neighbor of a squad car pulled in their driveway with an officer looking at the vehicle.
